With 70 employees and offices / warehouses in Sheffield, UK and Malacky, Slovakia we dispatch our goods through our B2B channels to a diverse account base of 800 customers with around 1300 active products across a wide variety of product categories. The Role:
We require a dynamic, credible, persuasive, and tenacious Territory Account Manager candidate with excellent communication skills who has a proven track record within sales and account management, with a passion for carp angling. The successful candidate will also need to possess the following attributes:

Have excellent time-management skills and have the necessary discipline to be self-motivated whilst operating from a field-based work environment.
Have excellent communication skills with a friendly, approachable but professional demeanour.
Maintain regular contact and arrange visits with a dedicated managed accounts list, developing and managing relationships both face to face and remotely.
Liaise with other field sales colleagues & Cipher’s internal sales team on a regular basis to ensure information flow through to all managed accounts.
Work to an efficient call cycle ensuring that all customers receive the highest level of customer service.
Effectively sell in & demonstrate new product releases to customers following new product launches.
Report and escalate trends and trade information through weekly reporting.
Trouble-shoot all issues to resolution and be able to think and react quickly to problems and find both efficient and cost-effective solutions.
Understand in-store / digital merchandising to increase the presence of our branded portfolio within both physical stores and on-line.

Requirements:
Fluent English & Italian language skills both verbal and written.
Minimum 3 years experience within a field sales / account management role.
Based in Italy.
Must be willing to travel daily with some overnight stays.
The role will include some weekend work & overseas travel.
