Cipher Europe s.r.o are a family-owned business based in Malacky, Slovakia. Founded in 1983 in Sheffield, South Yorkshire, Cipher Group are a major player in the European angling market offering three very well-known consumer brands: Trakker Products, Aqua Products & Frenzee. 

With 69 employees and offices / warehouses Malacky, Slovakia & Sheffield, UK Cipher operate globally, dispatching our goods through our B2B channels to an account base of over 500 customers with over 1000 active products across a wide variety of product categories. 

We are seeking a European Marketing Coordinator to help the smooth running of the Marketing department activity, reporting directly to the Head of Marketing and Media focusing their efforts predominantly on the Trakker brand. 

This role would suit an ambitious, highly motivated & organised individual who can dynamically work as part of a team but also have the discipline to effectively work alone or remotely when required. This is a varied role that will include some overseas travel as well as office, offsite and on location working. We are looking for someone with some knowledge of carp angling trade, who is a keen carp angler and has experience in design of both printed and digital media, plus trade marketing. The ideal candidate will be well organised, have a good command of the written & spoken English language. Proficiency in any other languages would be an advantage, but is not essential. 

A good level of IT acumen is however essential, with experience of the Adobe Creative Cloud suite of apps plus Microsoft programs such as Word and Excel. 

 

Experience required in these areas: 

  • Design and layout of printed and digital media. 

  • Website Maintenance. 

  • POS (Point of Sale) creation.  

  • Trade marketing. 

  • Fluent in English. 

  • Keen carp angler. 

  • Willing to travel. 

  • Proficient in Adobe CC suite, Microsoft Excel & Word. 

Key Details: 

  • Expected start date: ASAP. 

  • Salary: On application – dependent on experience.
