Favourite Style of Carp Fishing - Chasing big carp is my ambition over the next 5 years, but I do love having time on runs waters. Day ticket lakes are always a difficult place to fish due to how busy they can be, but I do enjoy turning up and finding swims in the corners of the lake that are quiet. My favourite time for fishing is Autumn and Winter, when the fish are at their biggest weight and the banks are normally quieter.

I started fishing as soon as I could walk. I wasn’t the best and always annoyed my dad by getting the line tangled up all the time! I then got back into my fishing in my late 20’s, when I returned from Dubai, and I have to say I've never looked back. I love the challenge that carp fishing provides every time I get the chance to be out on the bank.
